How to read this list. Eor.vn publishes this page and appears on it. The order is our editorial choice, not a measured score, and a higher place does not mean a better service. Fees are the prices each provider shows on its own site, checked on 2 November 2026. Most are global list prices, not quotes for Vietnam, and they can change.

How to choose an EOR in Vietnam
- Who is the legal employer? Ask whether the provider uses its own Vietnamese entity or a local partner, and ask for the registration papers of the company that will sign the labor contract.
- What sits on top of the fee? Statutory employer costs of about 23.5% and VAT apply with every provider. Check that they are passed through at cost and shown line by line.
- Does the fee follow salary? A fixed fee stays the same when a salary rises. A percentage fee moves with it. Compare both on your real salaries, not on a headline number.
- Can they hire foreigners? If you plan to hire foreign nationals, ask who handles the work permit and residence card, and how long it takes.
- What does leaving cost? Read the terms on notice, severance and exit fees, and on moving staff to your own entity later.
